1. How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons and permitting if applicable. That said, if you need a last-minute rental, reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

2. What areas do you serve?

ALL IN Rentals (AIR) proudly serves Massachusetts and Rhode Island. No delivery fees within 10 miles of Attleboro.  Distance fees vary based on distance—just ask for a quote.

3. Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before and after each rental. We set up every unit as if our own children will be using it.

4. How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals for inflatables are 11am - 7pm.  Tents, tables, and chairs will be set-up day prior to event and picked up day after in most cases. We’ll provide a clear drop-off and pick-up window at booking so there are no surprises.

5. Do you set up and take down the equipment?

Absolutely. Our team handles delivery, professional setup, and breakdown of all inflatables and tents.  Tables and Chairs are set-up by you.  For additional fee our crews can stick around and arrange for you.

6. What do I need to provide for setup?

For inflatables, we need a flat area and access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance (80ft).  For tents, the surface (grass, pavement, etc.) should be identified ahead of time so we bring the proper equipment.

7. Can inflatables be set up on pavement or indoors?

We do not offer pavement or indoor set up currently

8. What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If severe weather is forecasted (high winds, heavy rain, or storms), we’ll work with you to reschedule or discuss options. Light rain does not always require cancellation.

9. Are your inflatables safe for all ages?

Each inflatable has age, height, and weight guidelines. We’ll help you choose the right unit for your event and go over safe operation before leaving.

10. Do you provide attendants or supervision?

Our team sets up and reviews safe operation, but adult supervision is required at all times during use.

11. How many people can use an inflatable at once?

Capacity varies by unit. We’ll provide clear guidelines for each inflatable to ensure safe and proper use.

12. Do you offer tents, tables, and chairs for large events?

Yes. We offer tents, tables, and chairs suitable for backyard parties, school events, and corporate functions. Let us know your guest count and layout needs.

13. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit ($50) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to set-up.

14. What if something goes wrong during my event?

You’ll receive direct contact information for one of the owners. If an issue arises, we’re just a call or email away.
